Paloma is a sound producer and DIY electronics aficionado. After growing up in Switzerland, she moved to London where she graduated from a BA in sound arts and Design at the university of the arts of London. During her time there, she immersed herself in the experimental and noise scene of the city whilst co-curating an online radio platform called Sonica FM. But bouncing from one discipline to another, her main interest has always remained to be sound – to all of its extent. Currently based in Berlin, Paloma mixes all of the influences she’s gathered into CAONA, her new “Caribbean industrial techno/hard’n’B” musical project which tends to reflect on post-colonialism, failure, nihilism and subjectivity.
